Youth Without Shelter, also known as ‘YWS’, is a vital charity providing shelter and support for youth experiencing homelessness in the GTA. In a heartfelt initiative, Kristine from Happy Kidz Canada orchestrated a Christmas wellness workshop fundraiser, with all proceeds dedicated to purchasing gift cards for the youth at YWS. This gesture ensured that despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, these young individuals could still experience a sense of festive cheer and hope during the holiday season.
We recognize the profound importance of such gestures, particularly during times of adversity. The difficulties faced by these youth, compounded by the pandemic’s impact, make moments of joy and support all the more meaningful.
