Holding an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University, Kristine is a board-certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a Certified Yoga Instructor. Her holistic approach to health is coupled with substantial experience in digital marketing and community management, making her an invaluable asset to the Happy Kidz Canada team. She is deeply passionate about promoting well-being and empowering others. At Happy Kidz Canada, she leverages her diverse skills to enhance the organization’s digital presence, engage the community effectively, and contribute to the mission of nurturing the health and happiness of children and families.


Nicole Faza

Director

As a dedicated data-driven marketing enthusiast and a founding member and director of Happy Kidz Canada (HKC), Nicole blends her professional expertise with a profound passion for social impact. Motivated by the mission to bring life-changing care to children in need around the world, her journey in marketing is not just about navigating the digital terrain but about making a tangible difference in the global community. With a track record that speaks to her capabilities in lead generation, web traffic optimization, and elevating digital brand presence, Nicole has applied these skills to craft captivating digital and social campaigns not only for commercial success but more importantly, for advancing HKC’s noble causes. Her global adventures, spanning continents from North America to the Middle East and the Caribbean, have enriched her perspective, fueling an appetite for exploration and a keen appreciation for diverse cultures. Fadwa Hadeed

With over 20 years of rich and diverse experience spanning Canada, the UAE, and Palestine, Fadwa is a seasoned communications professional who brings a wealth of expertise to every project she undertakes.
Fadwa has had the privilege of applying her extensive skills across various sectors, including government entities, non-governmental organizations, and public relations and consultancy agencies. Her journey includes crafting communication strategies and operational plans, collaborating with VIPs and partners, drafting compelling content, managing social media accounts and websites, and handling media relations on both local and international levels.
Fadwa has had the privilege of applying her extensive skills across various sectors, including government entities, non-governmental organizations, and public relations and consultancy agencies. Her journey includes crafting communication strategies and operational plans, collaborating with VIPs and partners, drafting compelling content, managing social media accounts and websites, and handling media relations on both local and international levels.

Hassan Karkour

Director

Hassan has a passion for the community and is an active member of many local agencies and committees in Mississauga and Peel region for more than twenty years. He is also a board member of the Peel Literacy Guild for eight years serving in a variety of roles and is also an advisory committee member of Peel Trans help which provides door to door transportation services for persons with disabilities. Hassan is one of the founders of Happy Kidz Canada.

Khaled Moje

Treasurer

Khaled is a dedicated family man and philanthropist with a passion for aiding children in need worldwide. As the treasurer of Happy Kidz Canada, a prominent charity organization, he channels his altruistic drive into tangible support for underprivileged children. With a heartwarming commitment to making a difference, Khaled ensures that resources are efficiently managed to maximize the charity’s impact and reach. Beyond his philanthropic endeavors, Khaled holds the position of VP of Production at a manufacturing facility in the Toronto Area. In this role, he brings his expertise in operations and leadership to drive efficiency and innovation within the company. Khaled’s journey epitomizes the harmonious integration of professional accomplishment and meaningful societal contribution.

Ryan Faza

Vice President

Ryan is a distinguished Real Estate Specialist with over 20 years of expertise in the industry. He excels in handling residential properties and pre-construction projects, with a profound understanding of international markets, particularly in Dubai and Saudi Arabia. His achievements are marked by prestigious awards such as the Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Real Estate Awards. Ryan is renowned for his visionary leadership, diverse skill set, and acute insight into market trends, complemented by his attention to detail and exceptional communication skills. As a Real Estate Broker at Ryan Faza Real Estate Professional Corporation in Oakville since 2010, he has managed sales and operations for Royal Lepage, specializing in both real estate and mortgage markets. His responsibilities include developing strong client networks, providing outstanding customer service, conducting market research, and negotiating and finalizing sales contracts. In December 2019, Ryan co-founded Happy Kidz Canada in Toronto, a Canadian international charity dedicated to transforming the lives of children in need globally. His role in this organization involves fundraising, providing essential items and medical assistance to poverty-stricken areas, and promoting health and education for children with special needs. Ryan holds a BA with honors in Finance from the University of San Diego (1989-1993). His personal interests include daily gym workouts, cycling, and maintaining a healthy diet, reflecting his commitment to a balanced and active lifestyle

Fares Moje

President

From his earliest days, Fares harbored a deep-seated desire to assist underprivileged children. This calling crystalized during an elementary school excursion to an orphanage in Amman, Jordan, where he was profoundly moved by the struggles of the children he encountered. This transformative experience ignited a lifelong commitment to prioritize aiding children in need. In 2019, Fares and other like-minded people established Happy Kidz Canada with a vision & mission to bring life-changing care to children in need around the world. Children are the future of this world and putting them on the right track at a young age would positively influence their life and their future generations’ prospects, the impact is massive. Every child deserves to be safe, well cared for & happy. Fares earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Toronto in 2002. Following graduation, he garnered invaluable experience within various development and engineering firms in Toronto before embarking on an entrepreneurial journey. Collaborating with his family, Fares successfully established two manufacturing facilities and a real estate investment and development enterprise. He is actively engaged as a registered professional member of both the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) and the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB).
